Human Resources Graduate if you are ready to take the first step towards a successful career in the mining industry. The position, which is based in Thabazimbi, is a fixed term contract for a period Contract 36 months.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in different areas of the HR Discipline, to explore the various facets of HR across the Amandelbult Complex.

You’ll roll up your sleeves and start contributing from day one as you learn on the job. That learning will be supported by an industry-leading and well-structured development programme. This includes mentoring and online learning, plus regular advice, and guidance from the most senior people in the organization.

To qualify, you must:  

• Honours Degree in HR or related field.
• Any post-graduate qualifications will be advantageous.
• Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are you due to graduate by December  2023
• Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
• Be a team player with strong leadership potential.
• Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.
