Job Title: Financial Manager (ca) SA
Introduction
Industroclean supplies and manufactures premium cleaning machines, janitorial equipment and chemicals. Our quality products, service and expertise in cleaning methodologies define us. Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with top management to develop and implement the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
- Play a pivotal role in contributing to the management team and broader organisation and group through applying your financial insight, knowledge and experience.
- Drive the financial planning of the company through ongoing analysis of its performance, risks and opportunities.
- Seek out methods and practices to maximise efficiencies and minimise financial risk.
- Prepare monthly management reports for review.
- Manage and oversee all tax and compliance affairs.
- Monitor and manage cashflow and working capital.
- Oversee forx purchasing and risk.
- Create and maintain relationships with service providers, including banking institutions and auditors.
- Lead, direct and manage all finance and accounts personnel.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Qualified CA (SA) registered with SAICA
- 5+ years experience in a finance management position with a proven record of success
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability in line with Industroclean’s values.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels.
- Comfortable with change and proactive in adapting to new situations.
- Results-oriented and metrics-driven.
- Experience with Syspro ERP advantageous
