We are recruiting to fill the following position below:
Job Title: External Sales Person
Introduction
5 + years experience in Sales in the IT or Point of sale industry (non negotiable)
MUST live in Pretoria and MUST speak Afrikaans – NON Negotiable
Must be sales driven and able to work with little supervision
Cellphone, laptop and car will be provided
Uncapped earning potential.
Applications are invited from qualified applicants for the above position based with my client in Pretoria.
The successful applicant will be based in Pretoria and will be required to service customers and assist in growth of the business in his/her area.
The successful applicant should also be fluent in English and Afrikaans.
The applicant will work closely with the current service teams assisting that area.
Duties & Responsibilities
New business growth in all industries that my client services.
• Day to day client visits / training / meetings.
• Day to day interaction with various department heads at clients, compiling quotations, etc
• Compilation of comprehensive quotations that could have a direct impact on National business.
• Completion of required company standard paperwork.
Desired Experience & Qualification
**have existing sales experience of a minimum of 3 years, and proof of traceable new business achievements.
• **have proven one’s self in excelling at sales vs budget history.
• have an above average knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• have excellent communication skills for personal interaction at high negotiating levels.
• have the ability to speak confidently in public.
• have good administration skills and be trustingly independent.have a valid driver license
• have own reliable vehicle not older than 6 years. No company vehicle will be offered.
• be willing to work extended hours.
• be willing to travel and sleep out when required.
• be presentable and fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Package & Remuneration
The company undertakes to train the applicant in all aspects of the position other than the above required.
Further the company undertakes to train the applicant in product knowledge where necessary to attain the required standard of knowledge demanded by this position.
This position is a high profile, high responsibility position and remuneration payable is market related.
