Job Title: Hishtil SA National Sales Manager
Introduction
Hishtil is a leading, international, and innovative nursery company that produces young plants for professional growers and local markets. Hishtil South Africa has a national footprint and has a vacancy available for a highly motivated and focused National Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction, leadership and guidance to a sales team
- Forms part of the Executive Team & reports to the Executive Director
- Customer focus – ensure customer satisfaction & develop a customer feedback loop.
- Manage a payment- and outstanding accounts system.
- Proficiency computer literate
- Capacity to personally grow and develop.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Applicable Postgraduate Degree (Financial or Agricultural related.)
- Knowledge and exposure within the Agricultural Industry will be beneficial..
- A seasoned professional in sales and negotiations, with 5 – 8 years experience.
- Develop a national marketing and sales strategy.
- It is required to travel extensively within South Africa for extended periods of time.
