GWK Farm Foods invites applications from South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2023.
Position: 2x Learnership: Maize Mill (Learner Miller)
Consumers have a growing need to know where their food comes from and GWK Farm Foods can provide this answer. We connect people with the source of their food, the farm, and the true goodness that nature offers. We listen to the needs of our consumers and adapt thereto by providing high-quality products on the shelves.
The overall purpose of the role: Farm Foods Grain is offering 2x Maize Milling Learnerships. The Learnership is a structured learning program that combines practical and theoretical learning in an integrated program.
Key tasks:
- Monitor execution of the Milling process as well as Good Manufacturing Practices;
- Ensure input Quality;
- Assist with Mill maintenance;
- Adherence to quality requirements, GMP, Safety, and Hygiene standards
- Work in all sections of the Mill, for maximum exposure;
- Act as GWK Ambassador.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have the following:
- Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science
- No prior work experience
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to interact and work effectively in teams
- We are looking for energetic, motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our team.
